Chris Joseph Bio Picture

He wasn't cut out for the Custodial Arts.  Fell short of a career in lawn care.  Never even considered podiatry.  Chris Joseph, standing somewhere between the size of your Grandma's old fridge and the size of Karl Malone, doesn't want you to focus on his hugeness.  Or that twinkle in his eye.  Or on his timeless size-14 Reebok Pumps.

Instead, Chris - who graduated from Southern California's Chapman University Film & Television Program - wants you to experience his work.  Having made several commercial spots for companies ranging from Purell to Beano, to making a number of short narratives that played the festival circuit with great success, he has proven to be a creative force in the industry.  Developing into a triple threat for his writing, directing, and post-production talents, Chris has worked on high profile projects with notable names such as Chris Rock, Michel Gondry, Mos Def, and even had the privilege of interviewing Sundance founder Robert Redford, and the godfather of zombie horror, George Romero. He was a key part of the 2008 and 2009 production team that produced the popular web series Live@Sundance (click here to see the entire slate of videos), in addition to shooting/editing behind-the-scenes work for the elaborate media hybrid U2-3D (www.u23dmovie.com).

Most recently, Chris worked as the Assistant Editor and Graphics Artist on the HBO Films Documentary, "Good Hair" starring Chris Rock. Currently, he's working on a script that examines the modern dating landscape with childhood friend and collaborator, David Winkfield (www.DavidWinkfield.com).  He is available for work as a writer/director, shooter, editor, and After Effects guru on miscellaneous media projects.

His Reeboks, however, are not for sale.
